Terms of Services

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

THIS CONTAINS TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING CUSTOMER’S LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES FOR ACCESSING AND USING COMPANY’S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR SIGNING UP FOR THE SERVICES CREATES A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE PARTY (“CUSTOMER” OR “YOU” OR “YOUR”) AND UNLIMITED HOSTING HUB COMPANY (“UNLIMITED HOSTING HUB”) AND CUSTOMER HEREBY AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE AGREEMENTS (AS DEFINED HEREIN). WHEN CUSTOMER SIGNS UP FOR AND/OR CUSTOMERS ACCESS OR USES THE SERVICES SUCH HEREBY CONSTITUTES CUSTOMER’S ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENTS.

Account activation

We provide instant account activation for all web hosting plans. Any account may take more time to be activated if it fails the initial verification. In that case, we will contact you with details and steps to complete the verification process.

Payments

You agree to pay for the Services on time and in advance for the billing cycle Services are provided for. Invoices are generated 15 days before the renew date of the Services. Unlimited Hosting Hub provides 7 days grace period after the renew date. If the invoice is not paid within the 7 days grace period Unlimited Hosting Hub will temporary suspend services until the invoice is paid in full. Unlimited Hosting Hub will terminate Services not paid in full 15 days after the Services have been suspended.
Invoices that have been paid more than once because of multiple PayPal subscriptions or multiple manual payments, cannot be refunded. They overpaid amount will be added as credit to your account which can be used to pay for future invoices.

Unlimited Hosting Hub accepts payments via online banking, cash payment, by cheque and mobile payment. Payments from unverified accounts are not accepted.

Contact information

Customer agrees to keep his contact information and e-mail on file up to date at all times. We will use the e-mail on file to send notifications about generated invoices, due invoices, services suspension, services termination, new services provisioned and any other related information. Unlimited Hosting Hub recommends using an external e-mail address so that the customer can receive messages in case there are problems with the services.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests need to be placed via the client dashboard by clicking on My services, then on Manage and then on the Request cancellation button. Cancellation requests sent via e-mail will not be considered legitimate and you will still be billed for the Services until a legitimate cancellation request is placed.
All valid cancellation requests are handled with immediate effect, resulting in the termination of the service and the deletion of any content that may have been stored on the service at the time of cancellation. It is the responsibility of the account owner to ensure they have taken any needed backups prior to requesting cancellation. Cancellation requests may take up to 7 days to be completed.
Domain name registration will stop renewing once auto renewal of a given domain name is disabled on the domain’s management page as found in the Client Area.
Unlimited Hosting Hub does not charge late fees, however, if a service is paid for late, the next due date for the service will not be adjusted.

Termination

Unlimited Hosting Hub may terminate your access to the services, in whole or in part, including deletion or confiscation of all files, content, and/or domain name registrations, without notice in the event that: (i) you fail to pay any fees due; (ii) you violate the terms and conditions of this agreement; (iii) your conduct may harm Unlimited Hosting Hub or others, cause Unlimited Hosting Hub or others to incur liability, or disrupt Unlimited Hosting Hub’s business operations (as determined by Unlimited Hosting Hub in its sole discretion); (iv) you are abusive toward Unlimited Hosting Hub’s staff in any manner; or (v) for any other lawful reason, including to comply with applicable law, or as otherwise specified in this Agreement. In such event, Unlimited Hosting Hub will not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such termination, and you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such termination.
Upon termination of the services for any reason, user content, user websites, and other data will be deleted.

Responsibility

Customer is responsible for the content uploaded to his account. Customer is responsible for the actions of his customers using accounts within our servers and network. In case Unlimited Hosting Hub’s terms of service are violated, Unlimited Hosting Hub will suspend the account violating the terms and will notify the Customer via the e-mail on file.
Unlimited Hosting Hub will not be held responsible for any harm or damage caused by the use of our services. Customer agrees to use the Service in his own risk.

Free domain name

We provide a free domain name with all web hosting plans Budget, Unlimited and WordPress. The domain name extensions that are eligible to be used are com. The domain name will be provided for free for as long as the web hosting service is kept active with us. You need to pay for minimum 12 months to get the free domain. If you use the 30-day money back guarantee you will have to pay for the domain name at its normal price which you can see at www.unlimitedhostinghub.com/domain-extensions.

Account Credit

All account credits are tied to the account on which they were originally added. Account credits will not be refunded back to the Client.

Domain Payments

Domain Registrations: No refund is applicable once the domain is registered.
Domain infringement: You cannot register a domain name that is similar to a trademarked domain/a domain similar to a brand and is engaged in a business providing similar goods or services. Any person trying to register such domain name will be held liable for infringement of Trademark.
Domain Renewal: We will send you reminders to renew your domain 15 days before the expiry. For failure or delay in the renewal of a domain, we are not responsible. Once a domain is renewed no refunds will be given.

Free Hosting for Charities

We are proud to support Pakistani registered charities by offering them free web hosting. This hosting includes all standards, we do not compromise any service.
The Charity plan is loaded with features, it supports a single website, multiple sub domains – perfect for charity fundraising landing pages or micro sites – unlimited email accounts, unlimited bandwidth, 10 MySQL databases and is also fully compatible with many commonly used web applications such as WordPress and Joomla.

If you represent an eligible charity, we’d love to host your web site. All that we ask in return is that:

  • You must be a Pakistan registered charity.
  • The person contacting us must be a charity director/listed trustee (we must be able to verify that you are officially involved with the charity).
  • You have to transferred your domain to Unlimited Hosting Hub, or register a new one if you are just starting out. We’re very affordable for domains and you may even pay less with us than you pay another registrar.
  • You help us to promote this initiative with a very small text link back to this page in your web site footer. In addition, we’d love any shout outs on social media or on your blog if you have one.

30-DAY Money back guarantee

The money back guarantee is applicable for new clients only. New orders from existing clients do not qualify for our money back guarantee program.
You can request a refund if you place a cancellation request within the period of days covered by your service’s money back guarantee. If the money back guarantee period has expired for your service, you are not eligible for a refund.
Violation of the terms of service will waive the refund policy.
Alert: Money back guarantee in only for all hosting services, it is not applicable for domain registration. Once a domain is registered, no refunds will be given.

Content and prohibited actions

Customer agrees to use the Services for lawful purposes only. Unlimited Hosting Hub prohibits the following content on our servers and network.

  • Anything related to IRC
  • Proxy Scripts
  • Running chat services or chat related web sites on the shared hosting plans
  • Anything related to torrents
  • Starting background processes on shared servers
  • Warez, hacking tools, exploits, bots
  • Any type of mining for cryptocurrencies
  • Porn web sites
  • Download and streaming oriented web sites
  • Sites promoting illegal activities
  • IP Scanners
  • Hacker focused sites

Any account found to be in violation of another’s copyright will be expeditiously removed, or access to the material disabled. Any account found to be in repeated violation of copyright laws will be suspended and/or terminated from our hosting.
Customer agrees not to use our shared nor reseller hosting space as a storage for backups or files which are not related to the functionality of the hosted website. Such content may be removed without prior warning.
Customer is responsible to keep their accounts up to date and secure at all times. Directories must be chmod to 711 and configuration files with passwords must be chmod to 600. Scripts, plugins, modules need to be kept up to date at all times. A strong password must be used.

Backups

Unlimited Hosting Hub keeps backup of all files and databases. Unlimited Hosting Hub keeps daily backups for the web hosting (Budget, Unlimited and WordPress).
Customer agrees to use Unlimited Hosting Hub’s backups on his own risk. Unlimited Hosting Hub doesn’t guarantee the existence of backups at all times and recommends the Customer to store their own backups at all times.

Permitted CPU and Disk Usage

The space on the Shared hosting server can only be utilized for web files, and hosting a user’s website. This space should not be used for media storage or for storing other data such as storing electronic files, saving website backup, FTP host or for demo purposes. We hold the right to inspect every shared hosting account for extra utilization of disk space, CPU and other resources that may be violated of this Agreement or the AUP.
We may terminate access to the Services at our sole discretion, or takedown or erase User Content for those accounts considered to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions and other policies.

Uptime guarantee

Unlimited Hosting Hub guarantees 99.9% uptime. A failure to provide 99.9% uptime will result in customer compensation pursuant to guidelines established herein.
Please note that scheduled downtime is not counted as ‘real downtime’ and you will not get a refund for it. In order to get a refund, you will need to open a ticket with our billing department and claim the downtime by including logs and other details you feel relevant. The credit will be applied to your account within 7 days after your claim is approved.
Any service interruptions or downtime due to scheduled maintenance by Unlimited Hosting Hub or our network providers will not count towards the uptime guarantee.

Unlimited Features

What do you mean by “unlimited disk space and bandwidth/data transfer”?

We do not set limits on the disk space and bandwidth (data transfer) that we provide in plans that are marked “Unlimited”. We want you to have the resources available to you to build a great online presence.
Even though we want you to succeed, we need to ensure that we’re providing all of our customers with optimum service. As such we do require all of our customers to be fully compliant with our Excessive Resource User Policy/Terms of Service and utilize disk space and bandwidth related to normal operation of a personal or small business website.
If a customer’s hosting account is found to have violated the client content, excessive resource user policy and/or is storing files for archiving purposes, the contents will be removed and while we make best effort to contact customers beforehand, can occur without notice.

Coupon Use

Coupons are offered to customers from time to time. Use of 3rd party coupon applications which manipulate our pricing structure will not be accepted. Unlimited Hosting Hub has the right to refuse any coupon code that it believes to be invalid. Unlimited Hosting Hub will honor the lowest advertised price on our website located at https://www.unlimitedhostinghub.com/ at the time of order.

Transfers/Migration

Unlimited Hosting Hub helps customers migrate their websites quickly, effortlessly and easily without downtime. We require login details to the old server in order to perform the migration.
Our Support Engineers will make every effort to assist you with the move of your website to us. Transfers are provided as a courtesy service, and Unlimited Hosting Hub does not make any guarantees regarding the possibility, prospect, or time required to complete a transfer of accounts. Every hosting company is structured differently, and some hosting platforms retain data in an inconsistent or proprietary configuration, which may result in migration attempts being immensely difficult and possibly impossible to migrate partial or all account data. In certain situations, we may not be able to provide you the assistance in the transferring of data from a previous hosting provider. In no event shall Unlimited Hosting Hub be held liable for any lost or missing data or files resulting from a transfer to or from Unlimited Hosting Hub. You are solely responsible for backing up your data in all circumstances. You are also solely responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data once our engineer provide notice that to the best of their knowledge the migration is complete.

Note: Free Migration is only available for some specific hosting plans.

Changes to the TOS

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time without notification.
